When you submit content (such as resumes, job applications, or profile information) to PrismHR, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content for the purpose of providing our recruitment services.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit and that its use by PrismHR will not infringe upon the rights of any third party.

4. Intellectual Property

The content, features, and functionality of the PrismHR website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of PrismHR and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PrismHR, its directors, employees, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
